a) EXPLORE THE PACIFIC – Terms & Conditions

1. EXPLORE THE PACIFIC (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by PFG Money Pty Ltd having its address at Unit 403, 189B South Centre Road, Tullamarine, VIC 3043 (ACN 146 972 161), the “Promoter”)

2. The Promotion is organized, managed, and fully controlled by the Promoter and this Promotion is not controlled or managed by MoneyGram Payments Inc.

3. The Promotion is exclusively applicable for the agents (hereinafter referred as “Participants”) of MoneyGram product distributed by the Promoter through its network in NSW, QLD, WA, NT and SA. For avoidance of doubt the Participants entry to this promotion is decided at the sole discretion of the promoter.

4. The Promotion means a special offer initiated by the Promoter, in which Participants are given specific performance targets. Those who achieve or surpass these targets will qualify for a reward, which includes the options of a gift voucher or a cruise package based on your targets and its performance.
The specific performance targets and reward details will be communicated to each Participant individually and may vary for each Participant.

5. Promotional Period" refers to the specific duration during which Participants must achieve their set performance targets to be eligible for the rewards. The start and end dates of the Promotional Period will be communicated to participants separately.

6. Eligibility criteria for the Promotion are as follows:

  • a) Participants must achieve their specific performance targets during the Promotional Period to qualify for rewards.
  • b) Only Qualifying Transactions are considered for meeting the specific performance targets.

7. The transaction that meets below given criteria will be considered as a “Qualifying Transaction”.

  • a) Only MoneyGram Send Transactions are included in this Promotion.
  • b) It must be a successful Send Transaction from a participating agent location.
  • c) All cancelled and refunded transaction will be excluded from the allocated transaction count.

8. The following terms are applicable for cruise package/gift voucher;

  • a) The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative reward. Participants may not sell, assign, or transfer their reward to another person.
  • b) The cruise package/gift voucher is subject to availability. In the event the specific cruise package/ gift voucher is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reward of equal value.
  • c) The Promoter is not responsible for any changes or cancellations by the cruise provider/ gift voucher provider.
  • d) Participants must comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the cruise provider / gift voucher provider.
  • e) In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or substitute the cruise package reward with an alternative of equal value.
  • f) The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Participant as a result of participating in the Promotion.

9. If any Participant is subsequently found ineligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the reward in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.

10. By entering the Promotion, all Participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Decisions made by the Promoter regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements, or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion. The terms of this Promotion shall be read along with the Agent Agreement.

13. In case of any dispute, you must notify us in writing via email to info@pfgmoney.com.au within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the incentives, both parties shall take necessary steps to amicably resolve the dispute within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the dispute by either party.

14. Any further disputes regarding the Promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. The governing law shall be the laws of Victoria, Australia.
